Vamsi Maddiptala,

President and CEO

Vamsi Maddipatla is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in technology and BioPharma industries. Founder and former CEO of Laxai Pharma Ltd., a clinical research and clinical staffing company based in Trenton, NJ; Worked at Pfizer and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. He also worked at Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Maddipatla also worked at Deloitte as management consultant. Mr. Maddipatla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Instrumentation and Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Farleigh Dickinson University.

Krishna Reddy,

Director, Advisor

Krishna Reddy is the Founder & CEO of Neo Tech Solutions in New Jersey, USA. Krishna's Clinical research experience began working at St. Vincent's Medical Center , New York where is he has been responsible for coordinating the Clinical Trials for various Pharmaceutical companies and assisting in implementation of the clinical studies to the Department of Surgery. Neo Tech provides staffing, IT, Logistic Support Services and AALPS Training to United States Federal and state Government.

Prashant Koirala,

Director, Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships

Prashant Koirala has been involved in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and strategy consulting for several years and participated in both US and cross-border transactions. Worked as Principal with Lexbridge International; Business Development, FOCUS Investment Bank; and American Capital Strategies (NASDAQ: ACAS), a $20+ billion private equity fund. Prashant graduated from University of Maryland, R.H. Smith School of Business, USA.

Stan Bouton,

VP, Program Management

Stan Bouton has 18 year of Project Management experience in Clinical Drug Development and Nuclear Engineering. He has 8 year of industry experience working with EDC implementation as a project manager with Laxai Avanti, Clinphone and Medidata. Stan has also worked with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pfizer and Covance. Stan completed his MSc from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA.

Navpreet Kaur,

AVP, Clinical Data and Quality Management

Navpreet Kaur is the head of Clinical Data Management at IDDCR. Her experience of over 9 years includes Bioequivalence, Phase I -IV clinical development across a variety of therapeutic areas. She has been instrumental in closing several studies in the US for a medium sized US based CRO. Navpreet completed her graduation from Punjabi University, India.

Ahmed Kabeer,

AVP Training, Education and eLearning

Ahmed Kabeer is the Asst. Vice President of the company. He has over 9 years of proven experience in managing, planning, development, implementation and support SAS products & solutions used in Biopharmaceutical industry and FSP (Functional Service Provider). He has created and implemented successful technical, functional and operational strategies for our training division; his experience includes leadership positions in leading organizations. Kabeer worked as Instructor -cum- Project coordinator, and guided more than 100 Post graduates in designing and completion academic project. He worked as a Sr. Technical Consultant as providing services in SAS and Bioinformatics to Software Technology Group International Ltd., Manipal Accunova, Molecular Connection, and Astra Zeneca.
