New Employee Orientation Program

New Employee Orientation program of IDDCR focuses on providing a head start to new employees by ensuring that they are trained on the foundation of the Drug R&D process and introduction to specific areas that are besed on organizational and departmental procedures and standards pertaining to best practices, quality and regulatory areas.

The program comprises of classroom training, case studies followed by hands-on training.
